These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Crypto-kup ("We", "Cryptokup"), including the website, application, services, and any associated features. By using our services, you ("The User") agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.


Crypto-kup is dedicated to maintaining the security of our users' accounts. We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect users' accounts and their information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure.


As a user of Crypto-kup services, you are responsible for keeping your login data safe and not disclosing it to third parties. Additionally, you are responsible for all actions that occur within your account.


CRYPTO-KUP reserves the right to suspend or terminate the operation of any digital wallet in the event that it is based on information proven to be either inaccurate or incomplete. This does not require any prior notification on our part to the user. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that a wallet activated based solely on an email address, without requiring a detailed verification of relevant identification documents, does not generate any responsibility on the part of CRYPTO-KUP.


In the event that the user chooses to no longer use the wallet or decides not to use the services offered by CRYPTO-KUP, we wish to inform that CRYPTO-KUP does not assume the responsibility to return funds or to provide compensation for any losses. Each user is fully responsible for keeping their data safe, including, but not limited to, email, password, and specific details of the digital wallet.

This agreement applies between any user of the CRYPTO-KUP.COM website (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the entity that owns and operates the platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer").

By making a payment through the CRYPTO-KUP.COM platform, in the context of the CRYPTO-KUP project, the User explicitly expresses their understanding and acceptance that CRYPTO-KUP is currently in a project phase.

By making this payment, the User confirms their desire to contribute to the development and strengthening of the digital currency CRYPTO-KUP. This does not represent the acquisition of a final good or service, but a voluntary commitment to support this initiative.

The User acknowledges and accepts that any contribution they make involves assuming a certain level of risk.

By making the payment, the User expresses their agreement with these terms and conditions, confirming that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the conditions stipulated herein.

If the User does not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, they are requested not to make any payment and to refrain from using the CRYPTO-KUP.COM platform.

The Developer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The User has the responsibility to periodically check these terms and conditions to stay updated with any changes.

CRYPTO-KUP disclaims any responsibility in the event that the failure of a project or the loss of funds is caused by technical problems, cyber attacks, or other unforeseen circumstances. The user knowingly assumes the risk and understands that investments in projects and digital currency may be volatile and may lead to losses.


By creating a digital wallet, the user confirms full acceptance of our terms and conditions. If there are uncertainties or questions about these terms and conditions, we encourage the user to ask for clarifications or to inform themselves before deciding to create a digital wallet.
 

Crypto-Kup does not make any commitments regarding the investments made by those who purchased KUP coins to receive coins with a 200x factor in exchange for the paid amount. However, a request for a refund of the invested amount can be made, and 20% of the investment will be refunded every 12 months from the date the request is filed, with the total amount being refunded after 60 months.

Crypto-Kup has refunded all amounts to those who received up to a 101x factor, thus distributing the coins for free. Despite initially announcing that there was no obligation to refund the amounts received for the Crypto-Kup project, Crypto-Kup has done so.

Persons who received a 200x factor and wish to file a request for a refund of the invested amount should be aware that the amounts will be refunded within a maximum of 60 months from the date the request is filed. From the day the request is filed, the investor is obliged to transfer the received balance to the Crypto-Kup account address provided at the time the refund is approved.

Please note that both the team and the project's investors have invested time and money in this project. By accepting the terms and conditions, each participant acknowledges that there is a risk and accepts that there will be no obligation on the part of the team or the rightful creators to refund the amounts deposited by those who received Crypto-Kup coins in exchange.

CRYPTO-KUP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without requiring prior notification to the users. By using the services of CRYPTO-KUP, the user agrees to these terms and conditions as they are in force at the time. Continuing to use the services of CRYPTO-KUP after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.


CRYPTO-KUP reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, without prior notification. Users and sponsors of CRYPTO-KUP agree to these terms and conditions by using the CRYPTO-KUP site and services. If there are any confusions or questions about these terms and conditions, we encourage users to seek clarification before deciding to use the services of CRYPTO-KUP.


CRYPTO-KUP does not assume liability for any losses or damages that may result from the use of its services. Any consequences, including but not limited to the loss of funds, will be borne by the user. We remind you that the user is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their data.


Crypto-kup no provides a platform for trading and managing other cryptocurrencies. While we commit to maintaining the security and integrity of our platform, please note that we are a technical service and are not responsible for the success or failure of any project carried out through our services.


CRYPTO-KUP reserves the right, at its complete discretion, to terminate the progress of any project without prior notification, regardless of the stage it is in. In the event of the failure of a project  CRYPTO-KUP is not obliged to return any amount of money or resources invested in the project.

CRYPTO-KUP has never promised and will never promise guaranteed profits or that there won't be any losses. Nevertheless, we promise to strive for this project to be a successful and globally recognized one, revolutionizing the current crypto market.

However, we wish to underline that, in the spirit of maintaining goodwill and understanding the situation of the users, CRYPTO-KUP may choose, but is not obliged, to refund 100% of the amount invested as participation in the project. This is conditional upon the user's continuous participation in the project CRYPTO-KUP.


No agreement may be transferred by either party without the prior written consent of the other party, except where CRYPTO-KUP has the right to transfer this agreement to any affiliate entity or in connection with a merger or other type of business combination in which CRYPTO-KUP is not the surviving entity.

Crypto-Kup is a project designed for the present and future, but most importantly, the creators of the CRYPTO-KUP project do not promise that you will win guaranteed or become rich. CRYPTO-KUP utilizes a portion of its coin capital to manipulate its growth to a certain extent in order to establish equilibrium and facilitate its global validation. More precisely, the creators of CRYPTO-KUP sometimes assist in increasing the currency's value by burning the coins held by them. In this manner, no wallet is affected, and there will be no losses. This growth solution is only provided until there is a substantial number of daily transactions that bring about at least a 0.01% increase.


Crypto-kup and none of its representatives will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, including, but not limited to, losses of profits, valuable goods, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) the use or inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from our service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (iv) any other issue related to our service.


The confidential information exchanged between the client and CRYPTO-KUP is governed by this agreement. Through this agreement, each party commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the information, using it only for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this agreement, and protecting the confidentiality of the information with at least the same degree of precaution with which it protects its own confidential information. In this regard, we remind the user that the responsibility for the security and confidentiality of their account details falls entirely on them.


By using Crypto-kup services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to suspend or close the account of any user who fails to comply with these terms.


Crypto-kup is dedicated to supporting projects carried out through our platform and we will do everything possible to assist projects in succeeding. However, the success of a project depends on many factors that are beyond our control, and Crypto-kup cannot assume any responsibility for the failure of any project.
